Just say no, folks. So many people seem to try this play. One of the first things I learned about poker was not to slowplay AA. Here is why it is a bad idea:



Opp was loose and had shown down some lucky garbage. But this early in the tourney, even a standard raise from her and the T9o from the BB goes into the muck.

Head's up or three handed I'll frequently slow play rockets. At a full table you should be almost absolutely assured of being raised. And to do that you have to know your opponents tendencies pretty well.
