The starting hand chart http://www.pokerschoolonline.com/art...lop-essentials didn't mention how I should deal with pre-flop reraise and preflop all-in.

Can anyone explain how I should deal with it?

Hi HaryTradr!

The way that I would look at those would be the same for when 'Somebody Raised'. With a preflop shove or re-raise, I want to only be playing premium hands and per the chart, the only ones that qualify here are AK, QQ, KK, AA.. which is what I would want to be calling a shove with in most instances (this could vary a bit depending on the opp's playing style).
