Hi, I don't have any read on the player cuz I've just arrived at the table. Was it a good fold ?

Hi,

Good fold for sure. You don't have anything, and a half stacking guy (probably a weaker player) clicks it back and min-raises you. If you continue you'll be out of position and you only have 1 overcard to the Q + a back door flush draw... not much. Fine to take a stab and c-bet as the preflop raiser, you should get plenty of folds and if you get called you get good turn barrel cards with any A, K, J, T, or club. But if you get raised, it's time to abandon ship here imo.
