This is your 2nd AA cracked post. Yes, it hurts but AA is never a guaranteed win. More importantly, in both of your AA posts you seem to have few chips compared to the others at the table, and you seem to be playing multi table tourneys.

If you are actually hoping to improve you might want to look at how you were playing during the period well before the AA hands. Are you playing too tight and getting short stacked? Or perhaps you are playing too loose and spewing chips? In tourneys, it is often better to make a stand while you still have a stack. Personally, when I get to 50% the average stack size I start looking for shoving spots.
