October 11, 2012, just played the 9:00 pm EST tournament. Small stacked, however, dealt pocket jacks. Was determining to decide whether to go all in, time meter running, have 30 secs., system does not go into my 30 secs, but, times me out,.....jack on river, would have made 5 to 1 odds on my stack. for shame poker stars.....for shame......

Hi boboganaush1,

The time bank has a little trick to it - it must be manually activated if you have not yet entered the pot in any way including antes or blinds. Otherwise, you will time out after the initial 10 seconds you have to act.

Hope this helps.
