What should I do if a couple of players limp and I hold a hand I want to raise with? Just use the standard 3-4 BB?

I would raise 3xbb + 1bb for each limper.

i agree, 3BB+ 1bb for every limper. when im out of podition i will raise a little more to compensate for the positional disatvantage
