Had $13 T$. Sattelited into Sunday storm and Sunday storm II. Just played the hotter $4.40. Came 208th out of 7305. Got $13 so basically freerolling in tonights storms.

I thought about both Storms but I withdrew a few $$$ and don't think my bankroll could take a $22 hit. I could ask for a partial staking but my MTT stats are not great here even if I am a profitable player.

Can anyone tell me when they last ran the double Storm did any of the 2 games have an overlay?

*Edit* to add, I hate playing satellites, they usually have a different structure than the game you're satelliting into.

I cannot recall if there was an overlay on the last double Storm but there are a couple of 210 and 235 FPP Satties where you have a 30% chance of getting a ticket. One of them has 5 min blind increases which is not too bad so if you have some FPPs they are good value

The Pokercast Invitational is Heads Up which is not really my cup of tea and I cannot really play anything that will run beyond midnight so I may just play a few 45 mans if anything.

Good luck to all who are playing.

Cheers,

TC

Pokercast never runs for 4 hours although could do tonight. I know about the fpp satellite tickets but iirc you need to be Silver Star to purchase them. I'm a STT specialist but don't like satelliting into tourney's, I'd rather buy in directly.

If there was an overlay then I'd definitely play both regardless if my bankroll could take the hit

What I meant was that there are direct satellites in the lobby of each Sunday Storm game for 1,5,70,210 and 235 fpp. I was not referring to the VIP Store; sorry if that was not clear

The 235 FPP is a 6man hyper turbo with 2 tickets and the 210 FPP is a 20 man SnG (5 minute blind increase) with 6 tickets. There are no VIP requirements or restrictions for these tournies.

Cheers,

TC

Thanks TtC I'm giving a $1.10 satellite a go but if I fail I may still register for the Storm directly.

Played terrible in the satellite but am playing with confidence. Registered for both Storms. It's a big dent in my bankroll but I know I will make it back. It may mean I stick around $1.50 STTs a bit longer than I planned though.

My Laptop is playing up, disconnects are an issue but I'll play on my phone if I have too.

6,489 in Storm 1, Storm 2 about to start. Playing OK, bluffed with bottom pair where I though my opponent had overcards but did fold top pair earlier without a showdown. Loose aggressive but playing with confidence.
