Hi PSO team,
I'm having a bit of an account problem related to my PS account, PSO account and selected language.

I'm a resident of Spain and just signed up for PS again since I can't play with my old account on the ES client due to the Spanish regulation (isolation) of online poker.

However upon creating my PS account I of course also created a new PSO account. Upon login I picked english as my prefered language which re-directed me from http://www.intellipoker.es/ to here.

Problem I'm having now ist that I can't play the league or participate in any other of your tournaments on PS since those tournaments are country restricted.

Is there any way to have my account transfered over to http://www.intellipoker.es/ - I dont like the idea of that much since my Spanish isn't good enough to participate in the community on there but I really want to grind out the league.

Please advice.

Hi Andy!

There absolutely is a way to make that happen. Please send an e-mail to support@pokerschoolonline.com telling them your situation and they will be happy to get you switched over to the Spanish school.

Good luck at the tables.

Hi Andy,

I do not wish to put you on a downer but I do not think this will solve your problem of playing in the Open and Premier leagues here.

As far as I am aware those resident in Spain must play on PokerStars.es and not Pokerstars.eu and therefore changing to the Spanish Intellipoker will still not allow you to participate in the Open and the Premier.

However, if there is a league on the Spanish site it should allow you to play there.

The blog above should clarify things for you.

Getting PokerStars is easy: download and install the PokerStars game software, create your free player account, and validate your email address. Clicking on the download poker button will lead to the installation of compatible poker software on your PC of 51.7 MB, which will enable you to register and play poker on the PokerStars platform. To uninstall PokerStars use the Windows uninstaller: click Start > Control Panel and then select Add or Remove programs > Select PokerStars and click Uninstall or Remove.
