I have and get it all-in vs my opponent with on a flop of

How many outs do you count here?

6 outs for top pair (K or Q), 7 outs for straight (A,9) = 13 outs.

The other guy has 2 outs for a set.

You would really count 4 outs for a straight in an actual game unless you were certain the guy had an ace.

your actual straight outs are 7 (all the 9s and the 3 remaining As) & 6 more to hit your K or Q for a total of 13
