From today's Home Game at live training. The big question: did I miss value here on the river? After he called the preflop raise, the flop c-bet and the turn bet I got it in my head he was slowplaying an ace expecting me to bet again on the river.

Whatever his hand, I was not expecting the 2,5 suited....

Hi ov3r,

Any read on this villain? Without a read that they will station you down really light, I don't think you lost value. I can't see how a worse hand can be calling you here tbh, the king is yet another overcard to their pair and you've bet all the way through so you can easily have an ace. So without that specific read I don't think there's any real value in betting, you're either getting a fold from worse or giving value to better.
