Hi 25jeka25,

You are eligible for the Bank Roll Builder promo!

The next thing that you will need to do is to attend one of the 'Getting Started With Pokerstars' live training sessions. Please let me know after you have attended this session.

Also, please practice on the play money NL 9-max tables (full ring) and please post a hand that you were not sure about using the hand replayer. Here is a video tutorial on how to use the hand replayer.

I also attended the Getting Started Poker School, and passed the Basic Quiz - I noticed from reading other threads they are the next steps.

Let me know what else to do.

Hi 25jeka25!

Please do not try to jump ahead. Please do the items when they are given to you.

64o is not a good starting hand and needs to be mucked preflop. Playing marginal-at-best hands when not forced to, is something that will cost a player many chips over time. One of the keys in poker is patience.
If I was in the hand, I have a 1/2 pot bet and two callers in front of me. With trips, I'm going to make a value raise and I will raise to 21 (a 1/2 pot raise).
If the opp calls my raise on the flop and leads the turn for a pot-sized bet, I'm going to call their bet here.
The river is what should be a blank and the opp fires another bet. This is where a read on the opp would help. If I thought they would bet like this with an A, then I'm going to raise as much as I think they will call. If they would only do this with a 6, then I'm in trouble, as I don't have a real kicker and would only call.

The key though, in a hand like this, is to muck the bad hand preflop and not to be results orientated.

Hope this helps and good luck at the tables.

Hi 25jeka25!

Now we want to get you playing on the real money tables. Next up, and spend some time on this one , study the Poker Basic Course and take the basic assessment quiz at the end of that course.

Also, please attend the 'Bet Sizing' live training session. This session can be found daily in the Live Training section.

Once you have passed this quiz and attended the training session, please let us know and your first buy-in will be credited into your account within 24 hours of passing it. Remember you can earn up to a total of $8 with this promotion.

Use this first buy-in to then play the 1/2 cent real money FULL RING tables only on PokerStars. Post back here when you get your first buy-in and start playing these games and we'll continue on from there.

Hi 25jeka25!

The correct training session for this step is 'Bet Sizing', not 'Getting Started with Pokerstars'.

Please advise when you have attened this training session.
