My last hand of the tournament, and one I was embarrassed of.

I didn't have a decent read of this table, as I had only been switched over a few hands before. One thing of note was that Villain_8's re-raise at the flop was literally instant - like, the moment I clicked my button, he already posted the re-raise.

Could I have gotten away from that hand more easily?

Hi Christxof!

With QT from the hijack, I'm going to make a standard raise if I'm going to play the hand, which for me at this level is to 2.2BB+1BB for each limper, so I'll bet 4400. If the opps behind me are very aggressive, then I'd fold QT here.

The flop gives me top pair/good kicker but has a flush draw available too. I will follow-up with a c-bet here and will size it at 1/2 pot (6700). The opp in position on me now min-raises. Since I could easily be beat here by a larger kicker (or even a suited connector that could have a combo draw against me and put them ahead that way), I'm going to muck here and find a better spot to put my last 11BB into.
I want to find a better spot with a better hand, preferably when I'm IN position and I will be looking for a spot where I can be the first to shove.

Hope this helps and good luck at the tables.
