Hi,
I recently seem to have developed real problems signing into my PSO account. When I try to sign in from the home page, the videos page and the live training page the sign in pop up disappears as normal but when I go to watch a video or attend a training it tells me I haven't signed in. I tried both yesterday and today about seven or eight times taking extra care to get it right with the same result. Even stranger, when I went to reset my password in the PokerStars client it kept telling me I had the wrong combination of letters and numbers. (I really didn't at least not by the fifth attempt).
Fortunatly I found one link that works (on the PSO support forum page belive it or not!) so for the moment I can still get in but I thought I'd raise the issue now while I still can. Any Ideas whats gooing wrong?
Rob.

Hello Robin,

I do not have any answer for you at this time but will talk with the Techs and see what they say and we will go from there, very sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for being part of PSO, and Best of Luck at the Tables

Hi RobinQQQ,

Yes, please send anything you got to support@pokerschoolonline.com

Explain to them fully what you are experiencing including what Browser you are using, version of Windows etc. Basically as much information as possible.

OK it seems to be a problem at my end as I can sign in fine from my friends PC. But I'll send the WMVs anyway as I'd still like to sort it out.
