ok so that is the history from 2 consecutive hands,my annoyance is with the chat, you will notice i said something to the player,
although i dont think he is conspiring with any particular individuals, isnt what he is suggesting and doing known as "chip dumping" and against the rules, please correct me if i am wrong.

Chip dumping or any other collusion between players is forbidden. If you have reason to believe there is collusion at any of the tables you are playing at you should call a moderator. If you notice something after the game is over you can email support@pokerstars.com with the information you have that suggests there is a violation of the rules. They will investigate the accusation and inform you of the results.

Good luck
Doug

i did inform the chat moderator, his reply when he came to the table was people can play however they want, wether he looked at the previous chat and actions or not i dont know, i am also unsure if it is their responsibility or they only deal with chat issues

Moderators can only deal with chat issues, any unfair play or suspected collusion should be reported to support@pokerstars.com.

What Doug and Joy said mile,e-mail the HH's to support. At the least they'll likely inform this player that such chat is against the TOS of the site and he'll be on their list as having an issue in the past should anything like this occur again, league or cash game.

From how he's wording it this was probably a player who had to leave the game for whatever reason and didn't opt to just sit out. But I've seen it go the other way as well, player gets a big hand (maybe 2 in a row here...) and "angles" someone into calling what he purports to be a suicide shove only to turn over a premium hand.

Whatever his true intent here this is not chat that is allowed. And they'll let him know.
