just moved up in stakes so im almost readless on these opponents, but the btn raiser is 30 15 15 in 40 hands thats vpip pfr 3 bet and all his action has been from c/o and btn

Hi quirked,

Preflop action is fine, I generally like to check-raise directly on the flop as it gets less credit and we will get reraised by some weaker hands as well as called down light by smaller pairs that don't believe us.

As played the turn check-raise looks too strong I think, it's harder for him to pay off now with small pairs or call down with ace high type hands. If you do c/c the flop, I'd probably prefer to c/c the turn and then bet the (hopefully blank) river as we'll get more curiousity calls that way basically by anything that has showdown value, as this line looks the most like a busted draw.
