I dont do much posting on here, just alot of reading. I see that there is alot of information on the fourms that i do not need to re-post and ask questions which have been answered in the past. So Dr phil says i should express my emotions lol so thats what im going to do hahaha

Last sunday I took 3rd place in a 2.20 MTT. taking in $600. 2nd biggest win for me was fairly excited. Ever since that win its been nothing but downhil down swing for me. i get called off by the most ludacris hands. EX: i 4x bett from UTG with Pocket Aces. the guy to my left 4 bets me. he has been playing very loose and been fit or fold player so far. So i figured if he is 4 betting he has to have something. so i put him on the top 5% of hands. now here i cant call a 4 bett as im only 20 or so Bigs deep. I elect to shove over top and he flips over 85o. Range was way off. flop comes 97255. Ugh w/e i busted and went on with my life. i said okay no more Mtt's going to stick to my 6 max SNG's. i was rolled for 7 dollars after my win but after playing with those i was up and down and seemed thjat my level wasnt quiet there yet. So i go back down to the 3.50's and still weak player after weak player keeps sucking me out on ludacris hands

I have went back re-done some trainng videos, re-read some books and infoamtion. playing 1 table at a time. im down 150 bucks, biggest downswing for me. Any tips or things i should try or look for. Maybe its something im doing wrong. Maybe i need to pay for a coach or look up some other topics.

Anyway thats my vent and thank you for taking the time to read my awful and pointless post lol.

I don't know how long you've been playing or what experience you have but you've probably moved up too quick and too soon. There's nothing wrong with taking a stab at the next level but you must drop stakes if you don't win.

I have it on my blog that I'll use a 100 buy in rule for the next level, I'll be flexible with it but the thing to understand is as soon as you start to lose then you have to drop stakes along with your bankroll.

Have a read of Ed's bankroll challenge or my blog
