Testing again. It appears to be a browser caching problem. Perhaps the server is sending and old modified-time in the HTTP headers.

The only way I can get it to work properly is to delete all my cookies and temporary Internet files. Even then, it's still a little funky.

No problems with any other forums that I visit to, so it is definitely PSO specific.
