Hey guys for educational raesons and fun I'd like to start a "Did you know..." thread. Please post fun fact or usefull/educational fact in the term of Did you know.

I'll kick this off.

Did you know.. that you will flop a flush 0.84% of the times.
Did you know.. that you will flop a flushdraw 10.94% of the times.
Did you know.. that everyone plays poker...meaning the good and the bad, so there is no reason to ask why they called your shove with 27o...hiccup (by effsea)

I'll edit this, so we get a nice list. Try and amaze me & others.

But slightly less often (that is to say never!) when you have offsuit cards or a pocket pair.

A couple I'll add:

Did you know... that it's impossible to make a full house unless the board is paired? Be aware when chasing flushes/straights on paired boards, because you could already be drawing dead.

Did you know... that when you flop trips, the nit only stacks off when he flopped a boat?

Did you know... in cash games, your profit from pocket aces is so great in the long term, that it would be impossible to be a profitable player if you never got dealt AA. (For most winning players, your net profit with AA-KK is often less than your losses with QQ-22, AK-32 all added together. There are just too many hands that are -EV).
