Its immpossible for us to say you played it badly, as you don't tell us what reads you had.

Before I watched the video i say your hole cards and I thought well thats trouble. QJ o can be tricky in a raised pot because if you hit a pair whats to say your not still behind. On the plus side you do have position so with good reads on your Opponents you can still play it ok.

Nice result, I guess he wasn't ready to believe that his AA was beat.

Without reads, this is just a fold preflop.

Call flop is fine, raise turn though so you can grow the pot a bit more and set up getting stacks in by the river if he's got anything.
