no reads on opponents,no history with them either,
bad play by me or unlucky?

You played it exactly as I would. Don't be results oriented. The guy with J9 was crazy to be in the pot. If he'd played correctly, you'd have a nice double up.
Whenever you get your stack in as a big favourite, you played it correctly.

Hi mile,

I think you played this fine. The only thing I might do differently is bet the flop rather than check-raise, just to be absolutely sure JJ or QQ aren't getting the opportunity to take a free card. It's a minor point though, checking isn't bad as their ranges include a lot of big aces and pocket pairs, and big aces will likely bet for us while pocket pairs may take a stab as a bluff (or a free card may give them a worse set).

Arty's right, don't be results oriented. Seems like you're only asking if you played bad because you lost the hand. Sometimes you play perfectly and still lose a hand, and sometimes you play poorly and still win a hand. The only truly bad play by you here is if you failed to buddy list Villain 3 after the hand was over.
