I haven't played to many hands with the villain, but from what I've observed he's a TAG.
With the flat I was comfortable that he had AJ+,88+ so against this range I decided to shove to his weird $1 3-bet.
but unfortunately he had Aces (ouch)

Any thoughts to help on the reads here ? like the size of his 3-bet or his stack size which is super weird ?!

Preflop: You're right to make a raise there. I like the size as well, so no problem yet.

However, the original raiser folds, and the flatter now shoves. That screams strength to me. I don't know if I'd be able to fold here, but if I do put my money in it sure would not be with a smile on my fase.

Hi fp,

I agree with ov3rsight, the flat/back raise looks really strong but I'm probably not 3b/folding to it without reads as I think we'll see JJ/TT/AK often enough in this spot to be profitable getting it in.

His stack size isn't weird btw, it looks like he's up about 2.5 stacks.
