January is in the books and i cant say it was really bad or good .Cash games was a total write off from the get go. Too much freewheeling and drunken play at the wrong levels and games.i must play what i can beat if i want to profit.

The STT s i actually made a few bucks at after a really ugly start.the surprising part is i jumped up a level to do it and switched to a turbo at the lower level.Something about turbos that works for me.

The MTT s were really another lesson in playing the right level and game.Played one Tcoop game and took the add on for 25 bucks which is exactly how short I was for the month.then add in some $4+games which i shouldn t be playing and there goes the profit.

Room for improvement in February

well February is here. the days are getting longer and poker is getting short-tempered.way too many bad rivers for players that cant fold.
on the brite side. cash games are actually moving up in the right direction but long way to go to get even.
SNG s and mtts are holding my own more or less. all depends on the day and how tired I is. darn day job

after a little bit of analysis i ve come to the conclusion that i play too long , for too much in order to make a specific level . that stops now so my silver stars will be gone next month but hopefully i ll be able to get into the black by playing a more consistent and relaxed game. i know my volume will be dropping and i hope i can still maintain a chrome star till i can rebuild the BR to the point where i can comfortably challenge a level that will get me to silver status

PS eff dont you ever sleep?
