wondering if there is a certain date at end of month for the release of the monthly prize pool for pso skill league? I beleive i placed well enough in Jan. for a whopping $20. but still haven't recieved it....?

you were placed 407 and you had 150 vpp in dec and eligible for $20.usually money is credited within 24 hour at the end of month....certainly not 5 days

you check the history to get assurerd......it will appear as intellipoker credit.....

you can email pokerstar support if money is not credited

you need play real money and get vpp for pso prize

hi thnx all for replies, no havent recieved it but took the advice and emailed 'support'...not sure what happened but im curious now

now that i have looked even farther, i did not recieve the $2.00 for Dec. 2012 monthly prizepool...

update; they wanted to make sure i wasnt running multiple accounts with whitch i past with flying colours (i have a hard enough time with one let alone trying two lol), anyways now i will wait and see if i still get the monies i won in the previous monthly games. I should as i have done nothing wrong that would warrant a punishment. I will let use know what happens.

must add that they (PokerStars) were very respectfull and acted in a good timely manner

glad to announce that everything has been sorted out and resuming as normal
