I am playing quite some hands on the Pokerstars app since it is available. One of the things I really mis is that I'm not able to access all my played hands without contacting support. As I play 2 tables 6max zoom and my sessions last approx 1 hour most of the times I will play about 400-500 hands in that time. The problem is that I can only request the last 200 hands each time I've played so I'll miss alot of hands in my tracking software.

Since this year I decided to request all my played hands after the end of the month to solve this, however I will not be able to review my sessions until the beginning of the following month. Which is a bit unfortunate. I really hope this could be implemented some other way (or it would be great if the max hand request could be a bit extended) to make it a little easier for us as I can imagine more people are experiencing this since the mobile app came available.

Thanks!

Hi there

This is a problem for me too as i like to play a lot on my mobile in the casino, its a great idea.

The best thing you can do is send an e-mail to ideas@pokerstars.com and if we get a few members with the same idea your idea might just push through onto the software :P

Hope this all helps,

Hi PokerIggy,

I also asked Support about your query and I have been informed that PokerStars are aware and looking into a solution to the problem.

At the moment there is no immediate fix for this and for the time being players should contact support@pokerstars.com who will be more than happy to assist them.

Cheers,

Yeah, that's right. Kudos for Pokerstars support! They've always provided me the HH warmly and in no time!

Again thanks for sending my query to them. I appreciate it.
