well I played a bunch more S&Gs and don't seem to have learned a thing. Went back and watched Spacegraveys videos and hope that helps. How is everybody else doing? good luck

decided to play five S&Gs a day and see how it worked out. first day won two lost three, second day got a second and third lost three, third day lost three in a row and quit, today i won one, got second on three and lost one.
Watched the spacegravy lesson and that really helped but most of all I think I am just getting more patient and don't chase straights and flushes. I think the important thing about bring careful which cards you play is it is so easy to get sucked into just seeing if that next card will give you the great hand you are looking for. It rarely does and meanwhile your chips are dwindling away.Going to keep trying and thanks to whoever thought this challenge up. I am really enjoying it and learning something too goodluck to the rest of you unless you are playing at my table lol midge
