Nits generally have under 12% VPIP+PFR, they also tend to have under 4% 3-bet. They will generally have aggressive post flop stats though, due to most of their raising range having value.

TAG's Generally have 12-18% VPIP + PFR and 3-bet %'s under 4 as well.

Lag's generally run Over 20% VPIP+PFR and sometimes run 3-bet %'s above 6 as well.

I agree with Protential here, but I notice a lot of bad players at the lowest stakes with quite a big gap between VPIP and PFR. So you'll come across "set-mining nits" that play 10/5 or 11/3. If they raise pre-flop, you can basically put them on TT+ and AK. The rest of the time, they are set-mining a smaller pair, so make sure you fold if they raise you on a low board. Try and get a seat where you have nits in the two seats to your left, so you can steal their blinds with impunity. The tags and lags are sometimes best avoided completely, but aren't too bad if you have them to your right.
