Can someone direct me to instructions on how to add a picture to a blog.

there's a button at the top that looks like a picture, you click on that and then paste the URL of your picture in there (you need to host the picture on imageshack.us first or similar)

Here is a tutorial video of how to grab image URL's from Facebook and how to upload to a photo hosting site such as Photo Bucket.

I prefer photobucket for my forum image needs. Free, fast, and can even edit the image online when you upload it.
