I'm attempting to watch the following video:

However it says I don't have the required VPP's to watch. According to the cashier I do.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Decadent Ham!

The number of vpps needed to watch the videos is something that must be maintained each month (and can take 48-72 hrs to register). The total in the client is a total number, not a monthly one.
