i was thinking to fold the flop, but since i have the As a spade could improve my hand if i was behind.
should i have fold OTF?
i dont think he is on a draw and i doubt he would play KQ,AQ like that. smells like a set
plus his sizing indicates he wants to build up a pot

Villain didn't 3-bet pre, so this looks like a standard set-mine.

The flop raise looks especially like a set, precisely because you have the As. That takes a lot of flush draws out of his range. There are also no overpairs in his raising range (unless he made an amazing flat call pre-flop with KK). (If the flop had been 8xx, he'd sometimes raise with 99-QQ, meaning you beat more of his raising range than you lose to, and could happily stack off).

I think you should probably fold on the flop, as he's almost certainly betting the turn if you just call the flop raise, and it's a bit of a leak to call on the flop hoping to make a runner-runner flush.

Hope this helps!
