Hi again. This came up a little after the last hand I posted and is another case where I can't decide if I played it ok or not. I think in retrospect I should have stayed out of it or folded earlier which I think is a common problem I face, but then if I am not in it how can I win it?

jokkez had been calling often but I felt was predictable in his play and I thought he had at least one low card with this betting he was doing. He won a few with A3 or the like early on in the tourney.

heey mdkb i like your min raise pre flop but agian why min bet the flop just put out an close to half pot bet, i like the check down because your A will be good sometimes and i dont think your opponent is folding to many hands here. dont mind how you played this hand just make you flop bets a litle bigger

Got it. this is something you mentioned in each of my plays you analyzed and it wont be hard to adjust as I tend to want to do that anyway. thanks Adohole

Hi mdkb123

I agree with adohole. This is similar to the last hand that you posted. Your continuation bets are too small and you will often find these small bets being called with all sorts of hands that you wouldn't expect to be called by if you bet closer to half of the pot.

As far as flops go this isn't such a bad one for us. We have a wheel draw and our A high is likely to be good a lot of the time so I have no problem checking it back after the flop.

Remember to work on your continuation bet sizing and your game WILL improve

Cheers, Chris.
