Announcing: Sickest Setup contest winners

Thanks to everyone who entered the PokerStars Sickest Setup Contest! More than 700 photos were shared, and we were impressed by the quality and creativity of many of the entries.

Team Online members had a hard time choosing their favourites. All told, 24 different entrants received votes from the Team. The winners ended up being fairly representative of the different types of "sick" setups people shared throughout the contest. Here are the five winners, who each will receive 50K FPPs:

Hotjenny314

Martylowrens

Rdcrsn

We also intended to award 50K FPP prizes to the five photos that got the most likes. Unfortunately we weren't properly prepared for the "like-buying" that occurred, and it was obvious that the top-liked photos had not received their likes from individual users.
While we feel awarding prizes to people who bought likes was not in the spirit of our contest, we also recognize that we did not specifically say it was prohibited. So as a compromise, we are going to double down. The top five like-getters will receive a prize as promised. Plus we have selected five additional winners from entries that generated a lot of likes but seem to have done so more organically.

The following players are all receiving 50K FPPs:

1ul1an
Dagga86
Dr.Arroganto
mike18ajax
MonacoJack
mrziper
peckster888
S_Frantic
Spaceye
xanderu365

Thanks once more to everyone who entered. We loved seeing your setups, so we do intend to run this one again in the future (with the rules spelled out a little clearer!).

Watch this blog space over the next week for pictures of more of our favourites from the contest, or view them all now by visiting THIS LINK.
