Do you think my turn bet was to big.

Hi Mike,

Yes, I think it's too big... he's only got 1150 behind so betting 1K basically is his tournament life. If he's got an 8 he'll get it in I'm sure (or if he has you beat obv), but otherwise you'll just lose him.

I think we should either bet small here so he feels like he can peel with bad pairs and draws, like 400-500 tops, or check behind the turn hoping to induce a river bluff. The small bet is probably better, as if he does have an 8 or have hit a random ten then another club could kill our river action but he'll certainly at least call the turn.
