I suspect this belongs in a different forum, as there's nothing to analyse here. It's not even a bad beat, really. Villain was ahead at every stage of the hand, but you were obviously unlucky to run into this particular hand. :/

Have a look at the Bad Beats forum and see if you feel an ounce of pity for the posters. No one cares about how lucky or unlucky you are. Serious poker players are more interested in improving their game. In my opinion, it's a total waste of time to post such hands. Maybe it helps you to get it off your chest, but there's nothing you can do to change your luck, so you just have to accept it.

On one day this will happen seemingly every hand - other days it is mostly happening to somebody else.

You start the hand with less than 2BB and get both lucky (to flop 2 pair with a rag ace) and unlucky (that your opp flops a low set).

So that is kind of even already in luck terms.

I doubt it made any huge difference to the overall results.

As time goes on you will learn to accept these - nobody did anything wrong here - the hand played itself - opponents will have, or hit better hands - just make the best of when the luck is in your favour and insta-forget the beats that you will inevitably take.
