this guys is playing 9/4 wit 3 bet of 3.5 i think at best im splitting here

I think you're deep enough to call the 3-bet and go set/overpair-mining, as this squeeze play can be AK (as well as QQ+) and there's plenty of dead money in the pot. If villain's 3-bet % was lower, I'd probably fold to the 3-bet, as you'd basically have to flop a set and hope he doesn't overset you.
As played, calling flop and folding turn looks good, because he's repping KK+ with that big turn bet, and is clearly trying to take worse pairs to Valuetown.
