I'm new to PSO and would like to take place in the bankroll builder promotion.

Unfortunately your account is not eligible for this promotion.

However you can still avail of the learning material here at the school and take the courses and quizzes here. You can also post hands for review in the Poker Education section.

I can't remember I had ever deposit anything before on pokerstars.eu, or any other Pokerstars site.
What disqualifies me ?

Yeah, sorry to hear that your account is not eligible.

Moderators here at the school have no access to your personal account information, we are simply told which accounts are eligible or not.

To get an answer to your question you would have to email support at support@pokerschoolonline.com and one of the PokerStars team would be able to assist you further.

Keep attending the live trainings here though and you can always post hands for review in the Hand Analysis sections, all of this is free to you.

Getting PokerStars is easy: download and install the PokerStars game software, create your free player account, and validate your email address. Clicking on the download poker button will lead to the installation of compatible poker software on your PC of 51.7 MB, which will enable you to register and play poker on the PokerStars platform. To uninstall PokerStars use the Windows uninstaller: click Start > Control Panel and then select Add or Remove programs > Select PokerStars and click Uninstall or Remove.
