I can hear the trainer, but can't see cards or chat, and I don't think anyone can see my comments sent.
Tried it in both IE and Chrome - same.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Hi,

There are three ways to trouble shoot this.

1.) Clear the cache on both IE and Google Chrome

2.) Update Adobe Flash player

3.) Try Mozilla Fire Fox

Please get back to me if this helped resolve the problem.

Kind regards,
CannonLee
