"Poker skill open League tournaments are open to ALL.

I just joined the PSO community. There's an upcoming tournament that says its open to ALL. So I'm waiting to register...But then I notice that the prize pool is 10$. So I'm sitting here thinking, wtf? If its open to ALL why is there money involved? Because Americans can't play with real money. So shouldn't it be, open to all but usa?

Are there going to be any FREE play money poker school tournaments that Americans like myself can join to prove they've actually learned something?

Unfortunately players from the US can't play in the Open skill league as there is money involved in this promotion but there are some play money games run by PSO that Us players can play.
First is the Power Play tournament that runs every Sunday, you can find more info on that here.
There is also the PSO Community Home Games club where each month a tournament series is run as well as occasion other events for live training and the Wednesday and Saturday live training cash games. Details for how to join the home games club can be found here.

Hope this helps.

Hello Varinah,

Welcome to PokerSchoolOnline. Here's a short video about PSO and what it has to offer you. Also check out >>This Page<< for more info.

We're here to help you so please feel free to ask any questions you may have and thank you for being a member of PokerSchoolOnline.

Unfortunately, we can't play in any tourney that has cash prizes or tickets (I'm in the US too, so I'm in the same situation). The only ones we can play are the play money tourneys with no prizes or tickets.
