I took part in an Open League tournament today. How soon are the results updated in the League tables?

The league standings are usually updated in the next hour after the tournament is completed. Occasionally yhere is a delay and it takes longer.

Good luck

But, it can be better if it's as the last hand ends, or, when you are dropped out. Was looking at my score board, after I also dropped out, and nothing since now that the tournament ended. I was about to ask that, why can't I watch videos from training section? It says that video is not available?

Ccorpion666, to view some videos you need to have earned 20 or 150 VPPs the previous month. You can also view them if you have reached the required VPP level in the current month. If you do have the required VPPs and still can not view it, please let us know which video it is and we will investigate the problem.

Good luck
Doug

Hi Ccorpion666!

Make sure that your flash player is up-to-date, and if you still have the problem, try using a different browser. I'm on win 7 and IE and it works fine for me, but know there have been some problems with other browsers.

Was it this one: http://www.pokerschoolonline.com/art...-Series-Part-1 ?

There have been some problems with older videos that use the JW player recently, especially for Firefox users. I did several updates to my PC and it seems to have solved the problem, but I'm not sure which was the exact solution.
Try updating your flash player at www.flash.com
Download the JW Player from http://www.longtailvideo.com/jw-player/
Use Windows Update from your Control Panel to make sure you have the latest updates/security patches.

Reboot your PC after making changes.

If all else fails, the videos should work fine with other browsers like Internet Explorer.

Thank you for your answers, I am going to download JW Player. Because, I allready tried to update my
Flash player, and browser to (Opera) but the error still occurs. VPP's are not a big, problem for me, because I play cash games sometimes, and more often STT tournaments, even some Pokerschoolonline tournaments. Windows updates, brought for me another problem, wich is here.

User Profile Service failed to logon. I had to turn them off, and uninstalled the latest updates.
Used CCleaner to clear it all, and Ad-Aware to scan for any malware, or other junk that were left

And you were right! Videos work just fine with Internet Explorer .EXE, and with (JW Player)

I also checked from regedit for old user accounts that may exist. I found one, and deleted
registry keys, and my PC/lap runs much faster. Like a brand new one. Only few things from
previous problems crop up sometimes. Other then that works just fine.

Ty everyone, & best of luck!

Good day

I joined Poker School yesterday and played the Open League Freeroll. I won the MTT (ended 1st) but I don't see any points under "My Stats", nor see myself in the Open League standings, is there anything else, apart from joining the school and play tournaments, to participate in the Open League?

Thank you

Hello MonJamon,

Welcome to PokerSchoolOnline. Here's a short video about PSO and what it has to offer you. Also check out >>This Page<< for more info.

We're here to help you so please feel free to ask any questions you may have and thank you for being a member of PokerSchoolOnline.

Participating in the Open League should be as simple as playing in the tournaments and results should get posted fairly soon after the game has finished. However I couldn't find your name in any of the tournament results for the past couple of days, are you sure it was the Open League you played? Do you happen to have the tournament number or some record of the game?

Cheers,

Chris
