Hi, the villain is unkown.
Good fold ? I bet teh turn because he could call with worst Aces. Usually these opens means a small pocket pair or something like this. But the only pocket pair that make sense there was 33 (and rarely 55).
help with the ranges here.

The pre-flop minraise looks like a small/medium pair, but I also see villains make this play with suited wheel aces (A5s-A2s).
Pre-flop 3-bet is fine, and the flop c-bet is clearly a value bet. I'd sometimes check-behind on the turn, but it depends how "stationy" villain is. If he'll call three streets with hands like A7s/A4s, then by all means value-bet him to death. The check-minraise reps a very narrow range. He'll show up with 33, 55 or A5s pretty often, so I think folding is the best idea. Even hands like AJdd have pretty good equity against you, and you'll be facing a decent sized bet on the river, which will often be a scary card for your range (any diamond, king, jack etc) so I'd get out on the turn to minimise the losses.
