I hadn't tangled with the villain much other than stealing his blinds. We'd been playing at the table for 120 hands and he was playing 15/13/4.7 AF 5.0. My image was loose aggressive.

I make a standard open when it's folded around to me in the SB and the villain 3bets me. I think he'll rarely be doing this as a bluff but his value range is probably a little wider than usual since we are BvB. I decided to 4b to 24bb since I'm OOP and prefer to have initiatve when so deep. At the time I didn't even consider flatting as I was OOP but would it ever be an option considerng the depth of money?

He proceed to 5b me and at this point I think his range is AKs QQ+. I think that both flatting and raising all in are options at this point and I'm actually uneasy about going all in. If we shove for 200bb I think we give him chance to get away QQ and AKs so we would be getting all in vs a range that crushes us. Even though we are OOP is flatting the better option given that the SPR will be so low that it is very easy to play postflop?

I think you're answering your own question, not sure if you're questing the logic here or what but it's sound. If his 5b range is QQ+ and AKs, we can profitably continue with KK. If his 6b calling range is KK+, shoving would be horrible.

Also remember position isn't relevant here, not really. The deeper the money, the more important position is. The lower the SPR the less relevant it becomes. With the extreme of that being all in preflop, where position is now 100% irrelevant. So this isn't a concern any more... he waived his right to positional advantage with the 5b.
