The oversized 6bb open is usually a tell of a monster hand, so unless you have a specific read that this player uses this sizing with weaker hands (e.g. medium pairs) I'd give this bet a lot of credit, range villain on QQ+/AK and treat JJ solely as a set-mining hand in this spot. 3-betting pre-flop is out of the question, unless villain is a complete maniac making large raises with random junk.
The flop is ace high, and you didn't flop a set. Since AK got there (and so did TT) and there's nothing you beat, folding immediately is fine. If the original raise had been a normal 6c open, then I'd sometimes call one street, as villain will be c-betting this flop with a high frequency, with hands like QJ/KT. You can utilize position to see if he keeps up with the aggression on the turn, folding if he bets, and betting if he checks. Here though, folding is best.
