what if i really wish to change my username ?? if can't change should i create a new account ??

Having multiple accounts is against the PokerStars TOS. It can cause your accounts to be frozen or worst case, to be taken off the site permanently.

thanks for the info .. but anyway if i close my acc and open another new acc is that possible ?

Email support for clarification but if it were possible then a lot of the decent (and really bad) would be doing it all the time.

PokerStars rules mean each usr can only have one account. It is not permitted to close your account and open another one.
