Hi cyteng1124,

The PSO open skill league is open to everyone, just register to play. These tournaments can be found in the main lobby > "Tourney" > "Freeroll." Be aware that these tournaments fill very quickly, and registration opens only 15 minutes before they start.

The Premier league is by invitation only and you must qualify by playing in the open skill league or the Premier qualifier league and earning a minimum 20 VPPs. Complete information about PSO's skill leagues may be found HERE.

Hope this helps.

Good luck at the tables!

An easy way to find a game is click here. Look under the Open Skill League tab and click on the next upcoming game which should start up in your browser.

Use the link that Ovalman provided to find the tourneys and remember also that Open League games don't start until the 3rd of each month, I used to always forget about that

Schedule (dates): Daily, starting on the 3rd of each month
Schedule (ET): 1:00, 5:00, 9:00, 13:00, 17:00, 21:00
