In the sticky it states that negative posts will be deleted at moderators discretion .

I was wondering what is deemed to be a negative post ?

In the past I have posted about negative experiences I have had on Pokerstars , most notably to do with support .

In the by-line for this thread it states that feedback is welcome - surely both positive and negative feedback should be tolerated .

As I have said i posted a couple of times about bad experiences i have hand on PS , with the intention of highlighting problems from which PS could benefit if they were rectified ; but each time i have made a post like this i receive an infraction or a forum ban . I think this is ridiculous : a company of Pokerstars standing should be able to deal with negative criticism as well as positive .

I agree but sometimes you just have to respect the mods decisions even if you think you're correct.

Don't be conflictive, be reasoning and respect any decision. There are ways to put your point across without facing a ban.

Hi fraiserbeams,

Here at PokerSchoolOnline we welcome all feedback, even negative, as long as it's given in a constructive and polite manner. Any post that is pointless, defamatory, threatening, abusive or insulting to any other players, members or staff and anything that violates the terms of service will be removed. For example post suggesting the site is rigged or post made just to berate another player for their play will be removed. Posts should ideally encourage healthy debate and discussion.

Also for bad experiences at the tables we do have a Bad Beat forum that you can find here.

Members can find the PSO forum rules here and our T&C's here.

I hope this helps but if you are ever unsure or have questions about something you want to post you can always PM any member of the moderator team and we'll do our best to help.

Cheers,
Chris (Fadyen)

Perhaps if PS actually provided conclusive evidence that the site , if not rigged , is not flawed . According to the Director of Poker Operations on Pokerstars every player that plays on this site wins and loses EXACTLY ACCORDING TO THE CORRECT POKER MATHS ; but the same person also acknowledges that PokerStars does not do any analysis which makes Cigital's certificate somewhat redundant given that neither PokerStars nor Cigital can , or are unwilling , to provide any data themselves to substantiate their claims .

I am not trying to get into a discussion about rigged or not , but if either of the companies mentioned above could provide checkable data it would probably end once and for all some peoples suspicions .

Having said all that the initial thread was about how PokerStars and PSO deal with criticism , and from my experience they cannot handle any .

Much like your dubious and ridiculous claims about your Aces getting cracked 90% of the time in all-in spots whilst simultaneously being dealt Aces SEVEN times more frequently than the expected norm (none of which you EVER provided a stitch of proof to substantiate...) I guess you'll just have to take their word for it.

Pokerstars do supply us with evidence.

Each and every hand history is automatically sent to players who want to receive them. Given the amount of data already available there would be some hint of irregularities.

With HEM/Pokertracker type tools available it is even easier to spot. One thing riggies can never do is provide verifiable evidence.

How dare you try to bring logic and common sense into a conspiracy/rigging/it's "flawed" (against me...), thread.
