These are the kind of things that make me tilt. Nowadays I almost always quit for at least 30 minutes after a hand like this.

Still not too sure whether I played this hand the right way, but quite sure I did

Eww... I don't think you played this badly at all. Perhaps a slightly larger 3-bet on the flop would have been nice but overall it was the villain making mistakes. I'm not sure how he thought he was ever good on the flop or turn and that's when most of the money went in. Just unlucky he spiked his ten on the river.
