Hello,

Unfortunately support@pokerstars.com are the ONLY ones that can help you with this.

Moderators here at PSO have no access to members personal accounts so we wouldn't be able to help you I'm afraid.

Send support an email and you'll get a reply normally within 24 hours

Cheers,
Raiser

When and how did you deposit, how much did you play through? Although I don't think StRs have a specific play through requirement I think they do require some sort of effort.

If you received funds via stars transfer and are trying to cash that out I think they are well within their rights to reject a cash out.
As RR says above support@pokerstars.com are the only ones who can help in the first instance. If it gets ridiculous then you can lobby via 2+2 and use the leverage of that site to help.

have you checked your spam filters?
did you try to contact support using the pokerstars client instead of email client?

Getting PokerStars is easy: download and install the PokerStars game software, create your free player account, and validate your email address. Clicking on the download poker button will lead to the installation of compatible poker software on your PC of 51.7 MB, which will enable you to register and play poker on the PokerStars platform. To uninstall PokerStars use the Windows uninstaller: click Start > Control Panel and then select Add or Remove programs > Select PokerStars and click Uninstall or Remove.
