I have been trying to complete the exams, tests and tried to claim the bonuses on PSO, but what ever I do it won't allow me and there is a pop-u that says your account is not eligible for this whatever i'm doing. Would it be possible to get an explanation and/or a prossedure to get it fixed?

Thank you,
DJzTacTicZ
