Hello alexxalove,

Welcome to the PSO forum, I see this is you're first post, nice to see you here.

Please note that the moderators here at the school have no access to your account so to get an answer to your question you will need to email support@pokerschoolonline.com and one of the support team will be happy to assist you.

Don't forget you can still avail of the learning material here at the school and take the courses and quizzes here. You can also post hands for review in the Poker Education section.

Cheers,
Raiser

could it also be that some of the promotions require the member to pass the quizzes ?

Getting PokerStars is easy: download and install the PokerStars game software, create your free player account, and validate your email address. Clicking on the download poker button will lead to the installation of compatible poker software on your PC of 51.7 MB, which will enable you to register and play poker on the PokerStars platform. To uninstall PokerStars use the Windows uninstaller: click Start > Control Panel and then select Add or Remove programs > Select PokerStars and click Uninstall or Remove.
