had been running good

his raise to 5 tiems the big blind with 6 high is standard?

absolutely. specially if he thinks you will call this too tight. lets do some maths.
as it is heads up ICM is simply chipcount

at the start of the hand villain has 85% ICM game equity
you only have 5 bb so if he raises, best to put you all in.

lets say villain thinks you will call an allin with 10% of your hands:
top 10% hands have 70% equity against 65o , so:
in 90% of cases you fold and he gains 650 and will have 89,8% ICM value of this is 4.32%
in 3% you call and he sucks out. value is 0.03*15%=0.045%
in 7% you call and win 2000 chips (about 16% ICM equity). his value -0.06*16%=-1.12%

so in total his EV is +3.245%

Now the interesting part is what does your calling range need to be to make his move unprofitable?
can you figure that out?
