Hi all,

It's that time of the year again! Time for the clocks to "Fall back" 1 hour for daylight savings time.

In Europe this happens on Sunday the 27th of October, while in North America it will be one week later on Sunday the 3rd of November. So for this week the US/CA will be out of sync with the UK and the rest of Europe (DST has already happened in AU/NZ time zones).

This is a reminder that the PSO clocks are run on ET, so they will change Nov 2nd.

As for Live Training class times during this week, it is up to the trainer how to adjust based on their availability. ChewMe1 for example is in the UK and will keep his time consistent with his normal schedule, but for the out of sync week this will be an hour later than normal for the US/Canadian members. I will be keeping mine consistent with my normal schedule on the ET clock, which will be 1 hour earlier than usual for the UK/European members until our clocks sync up.

The key is to pay special attention to the times listed on the Live Training Home Page for classes during this week. If there's any confusion, when you click on the class title link to bring up the registration page, it shows you at the bottom exactly how long until that particular class starts (illustrated in the screen shot below):

Dave
